Shipping Policy

+ Shipping Policy​

United States shipping may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout. Also Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address provided with the purchase. The processing of orders takes approximately 3-5 business days. International shipping is not yet available.

We are not responsible for lost shipments. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to speak to the United States Postal Service.

Once a package is out of our hands we are no longer accountable for them. We package our products with extra love and extra padding.

If anything happens during transit please take this up with your local United States Postal Service. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

We ship using first class and priority shipping only. Your package has a chance of being delivered within 3-7 business days. Due to Corona please remember this is a difficult time for postal office workers.

Wax products will only be shipped from Monday-Thursday. We don't want your candles sitting in a hot warehouse overnight.

Please be sure to bring in your package as soon as possible! We try to ship on Monday-Wednesday to ensure that your candle does not sit in a hot warehouse for more time than it needs to.​


+ Return & Exchange Policy

For refunds, exchanges, and returns you have 14 days from the received date to enable this policy.

The satisfaction of our customers matters deeply to us and we would like to help you where we can. Please contact us if you are having issues with your product. We will try our best to handle any concerns you are having.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item arrived broken please contact us through email within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photo and video evidence. If later than the initial 48 hours you opt-out for a refund and exchange.

+ Refunds (if applicable)

After we've received your product back and have inspected it for use or damage we'll contact you shortly that we received your shipment and whether you were approved for a refund or exchange or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

+ Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please email us once you have shipped it back with your tracking number for the shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
